Tenukihandcrafts is a micro business with 1 employee: the artist. I want you to be happy with your purchase and will do my best to accommodate reasonable requests for returns, refunds and exchanges. My policy reflects the policies of the businesses I contract to manufacture the products in my shop.
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
My art prints are fulfilled by Printify, a print on demand service. Each item is uniquely manufactured when the order is placed. Refund, returns and exchanges are allowed for limited situations, listed below.
Buyer mistakes (wrong size, color, etc.) or changing your mind – such purchases are not eligible for refund, return or exchange.
Manufacturing defects or damage – free replacement or exchange are available within 30 days of delivery.
Email Anne at firstname.lastname@example.org and I’ll provide you instructions for the exchange, refund or return of defective products.
Graphic novels – print edition
The print version of my graphic novels are produced in small print runs.
Refunds are accepted within 30 days of the date of purchase as long as the item is as new (i.e. re-sellable). Shipping cost for returns is paid by the buyer.
Returns, Exchanges will be made for mis-printed books at any time with proof of purchase.

Digital Graphic novels and art
Digital products cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
Late or missing refunds
Some banks take several days to more than a week to post refunds to your account. If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact Anne Thompson at firstname.lastname@example.org. I’ll provide the details from my side of the transaction.
Sale items cannot be refunded.
Art prints (print on demand) with manufacturing defects only are eligible for exchange. Send Anne an email at email@example.com and I’ll provide you instructions.
How to ship returns
To request a return, send Anne Thompson an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide you with the shipping address and instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Getting a tracking number is always a good idea.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. I have no control over shipping services and don’t guarantee I will receive your returned item.
